Maralunga two-seater sofa, design by Vico Magistretti for Cassina. An iconic piece of Italian design. Tubular steel structure with elastic straps and upholstery in expanded polyurethane. Magistretti devised an internal mechanism in the backrest and armrests to be able to fold them inwards in various positions, a simple device that he achieved with a bicycle chain.
